Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Timelines

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and count from the day the package leaves our international fulfillment facilities.
Tracking Your Package
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.
Shipping Regions
We offer standard shipping across multiple international destinations. If our courier partners cannot deliver to a specific remote territory, we will contact you immediately to find an alternative solution or issue a full refund.
Customs, Duties, and Import Delays
Ignovys is not responsible for any customs delays, local import processing stalls, or tariff charges applied to your package by your country's customs authority. Any duties, taxes, or additional fees collected at the border are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ignovyscase@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
