Thank you for shopping at Ignovys. We want to ensure you have a transparent and satisfying experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.

Exemptions and Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom products. We also do not accept items that have been damaged through user negligence or wear and tear.

The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at ignovyscase@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Review: Our customer care team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide further instructions on where to send your package if approved.
  3. Shipping the Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ignovyscase@gmail.com.
